HVMPS is a human-first media production studio
At HVMPS, our expertise is forged from over a decade on the frontlines of digital media - partnering with everyone from independent creators to world-leading tech leaders including Elgato, Corsair, and Xbox.
Modern audiences reject synthetic, over-processed media. While there’s certainly a place for AI in the future of marketing and content creation, we’re dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional cinematic storytelling, high-production value and the rapid demands of modern content strategy, giving businesses, brands, and creators a distinct competitive edge by being - and most importantly - feeling more human.
“A story is a small fire passed from hand to hand. Some of us just want to watch it flare and die, bright enough to turn a head, gone before it warms anyone. But fire was never meant for that. It was meant to be carried - through the dark, from one person to the next, until it becomes a thing a village can gather around.
That’s the work. Not to shine, but to warm. Not to be noticed, but to be needed. Make what you make so that someone, somewhere, walks a little less alone because they found it. Everything else is just smoke.”
MAKE MOMENTS, NOT PITCHES

PROJECT PROMETHEUS
PHILANTHROPY FOR CREATORS
Creativity shouldn't be a privilege reserved for those who can afford it. For too many emerging creators, brilliant stories and groundbreaking ideas remain unheard simply due to a lack of funds, limited access and ongoing disabilities.
Project Prometheus is the philanthropic engine built directly into the DNA of our company and our business. It is our promise that as HVMPS grows, the community grows with us.
How Project Prometheus Is Funded
We don't treat social impact as an afterthought or a tax write-off. Project Prometheus is sustained through three active operational pillars:
Profit Reinvestment: Every month, a dedicated percentage of HVMPS service profits and digital sales from HVMPS.store is dedicated to our Project Prometheus initiate.
Corporate & Partner Advocacy: We utilise our partnerships with major companies - and consistently reach out those we’re unassociated with - to help fundraise and advocate for underrepresented creators, in exchange for short, sponsored segments in out content, securing monetary contributions, physical hardware or licenses to software/services.
Targeted Community Initiatives: We host fundraisers, livestreams and marketing campaigns via our social media platforms - alongside our creative partners - to help raise money via contributions, ad revenue, sponsors etc..
OUR INITIATIVES & INTERVENTIONS
Financial interventions and product donations: We take a portion of the funds, gifted products and services every month and allocate them to creators undergoing financial hardship, recommended to us through our dedicated contact system, or through our personal investigations and community research.
Accessibility Automations: For those with physical and mental impairments, we create custom automations and workflows through a variety of tools and systems, such as the Elgato Stream Deck, and develop tools and systems to make life and creativity more manageable, with ongoing support and updates being provided.
Startup Media Grants: Complimentary headshots, design work, and promotional video production for newly launched independent businesses and community initiatives.
The Open-Source Studio Vision: Funding the development of physical, community-accessible studio spaces where emerging filmmakers and creators can produce content using industry-standard equipment at zero cost. This is an ongoing project that requires regular, consistent financial backing - more info will be shared in the future.
FAQs for project prometheus
-
To contribute & support the Project Prometheus initiative, there’s a “contribute” button on this page.
For physical goods, product license keys, anonymous contributions or questions, please contact us directly at prometheus@hvmps.com.
Once your payment has been processed, we’ll add details of your contribution to a spreadsheet (contributor, amount/items, project allocations, notes), which will be made publicly available. We’re also looking at implementing a leaderboard page to this site, to help encourage ongoing support.
How your contribution is used:
We match your contribution to a specific creator or project - either someone referred through our contact system, or found through our own outreach. For example, a £500 cash contribution plus a spare capture card might see the £500 go toward an accessibility automation build for a creator with limited mobility, while the capture card replaces broken hardware for someone else - each logged and tracked separately, per contribution, and per project.
Costs like shipping, transaction fees, or the labour of setting things up don't come out of your contribution - those are covered by our own Profit Reinvestment pillar. What you give is what gets allocated to the project it's earmarked for.
If your contribution is used for a piece of content that we have permission to share publicly (via YouTube or social media), we'll contact the contributor(s) directly to showcase how their funds/products were allocated, providing links to all content.
Contributors will be thanked publicly and given a shout-out in all posts featuring their contributions, unless you've requested otherwise. For more information and clarification on how contributions work as a company, visit out Legal, Policy & TOS page (also linked on the footer of the page).
As a contributor, you’re more than welcome to reach out to prometheus@hvmps.com for updates on your contribution allocation. We’d love it if you could share the results of your contribution via social channels, too, to help raise awareness of the Project Prometheus initiative.

All contributions and allocations are tracked internally. In addition to providing a spreadsheet of contributions and contributors, we track every allocation on a project-by-project basis.
If you’d like more information on a specific project or allocation, please reach out to prometheus@hvmps.com.

We’re constantly in need to creators and individuals who can offer support for our projects - production crew members, fundraising creative partners, data processing & outreach support, etc..

Project Prometheus is a self-funded philanthropic initiative operated by HeroVibes Ltd., a private limited company registered in the UK.
Operating through HVMPS allows us to react faster, purchase and deliver equipment directly, and reinvest a percentage of our commercial studio profits directly into community projects without administrative delays or red tape.
We understand that operating as a company rather than a registered charity has transparency concerns, so we aim to open-source as much information as possible via our spreadsheet of contributions and contributors, and constant tracking of projects which are available upon request via prometheus@hvmps.com.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns about Project Prometheus, we encourage you to reach out via the email above.

Project Prometheus is operated as a corporate social impact program by HeroVibes Ltd. (UK Company Reg). Because HeroVibes Ltd. operates as a private business rather than a registered UK charity, contributions do not qualify for UK Gift Aid. Please be aware of this, and visit our policy & TOS page for more clarification on how this works.
Additional Information (brief) - this section is a general summary, not tax advice - always confirm your own position with an accountant or tax advisor before contributing.
If you're an individual: You're making a straightforward donation, not a tax-deductible donation - there's no charity status or Gift Aid attached to it. What you get in return is our sincere thanks, and potentially a moment of gratitude in content via a shout-out or username/alias “credit”. No paperwork, no strings, just genuine appreciation and the chance to be part of the story.
If you're a company: You're not donating, you're participating ina. sponsorship agreement, as a contribution guarantees a sponsored segment in one of our projects - likely content that focuses on Project Prometheus itself - and that distinction is what makes this work for you.
In exchange for your contribution, we provide a defined marketing benefit: brand placement in at least one piece of content (with no guarantee of length, timings or positioning in the content itself), logo attribution on HVMPS.com, and a verbal mention in the relevant video or content release.
Because it's a paid exchange for advertising value rather than a “gift”, this is typically treatable as an ordinary business expense (in the UK, under HMRC's commercial sponsorship guidance; in the US, potentially under Section 162 as marketing/brand-awareness spend), rather than a charitable deduction - which you wouldn't be able to claim from us either way, since we're not a registered charity.
For businesses, we issue a formal sponsorship invoice for every corporate contribution, detailing the specific benefit provided, to support your own accounting and tax position. An additional copy of this can be provided upon request by contacting prometheus@hvpsm.com.
(We're also exploring a formal fiscal sponsorship partnership with a registered charity, for corporate donors who need to route contributions through a tax-exempt mechanism. Details will be published here once that arrangement is in place - get in touch if this is relevant to you.)
